Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipment.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Since we ship internationally, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local customs procedures, and courier operations.

Our estimated delivery time is:

7 to 10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

In most cases, orders are delivered within this timeframe. However, slight delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, high shipping volume, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.

If your order total is above $99, the free shipping option will be automatically applied at checkout.

For orders under $99, shipping costs may vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout before payment.

International Shipping

Sinyor Wear ships to multiple international destinations, including the United States and selected European countries.

Because international orders may pass through customs, delivery times can sometimes vary. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please make sure your full name, address, postal code, phone number, and email address are entered correctly to avoid delivery issues.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Sinyor Wear.

If any customs fees apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow some time for the tracking link to update after shipment. In some cases, tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to show movement.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Sinyor Wear is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before the order is shipped.

Delayed Orders

While we aim to deliver every order within 7 to 10 business days, delays can sometimes happen due to customs, courier issues, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your local courier, neighbors, building reception, or delivery location.
